Sheri McConnell: Sheri McConnell is fast becoming the voice of Smart Women Entrepreneurs all over the world. Adam Urbanski:  Adam Urbanski is a marketing strategist to coaches, consultants and other service professionals. He is a small business change agent, marketing wiz, trainer, facilitator, speaker, and above anything else - passionate entrepreneur. He frequently give talks on marketing topics to professional groups and several times a year, teaches an in-depth marketing boot-camp.

In 1989, he immigrated to the United States from Poland. With $194 in his pocket and very limited ability to speak English. He owned and co-owned several successful food service ventures, which he sold but are still open today. Some of his businesses generated millions of dollars in sales.

Tory Johnson:  Tory Johnson is all about spark and hustle at work, dating back to high school in Miami Beach where she joined her all-male debate team—and became the first girl to win a state debate championship. She dropped out of Emerson College for a chance to work at ABC News and then jumped to NBC News, only to be fired unexpectedly a couple years later. The permanent scar from that experience inspired her to shift from employee to entrepreneur and in 1999 she founded Women For Hire from a corner of her New York City apartment. Heather Schuck:  As the CEO and founder of the leading children's brand, Glamajama, Heather Schuck is a well respected and admired mom entrepreneur in the small business community. Despite her lack of fashion or business experience, Heather was able to turn her failed eBay hobby into a multi-million dollar company with her uncompromising will, eagerness to learn, and endless determination.

Drawing from her creative experiences growing up in a crafty household, business lessons learned from a brief career in investments, and finally a healthy dose of patience derived from many years working at a psychiatric treatment home Heather launched Glamajama in 2003.
